Aaron is an Associate Director at Pod focussing on Development Consultancy on behalf of housing providers, developers and Local Authorities including development viability advice, development management and options appraisals as well as site finding, acquisition and disposals.
Aaron began his career in housing and development in 2006 working for a major housing provider in London and Essex. His previous experience crosses both the public and private sector including Local Authorities, Housing Associations and the HCA. Following a number of years working in Project Management and Development for housing providers and in the public sector, Aaron has worked on projects such as Battersea Power Station and Brent Cross in previous consultancy roles advising on residential and affordable housing issues including viability as part of major planning applications and development proposals.
As well as undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, he holds professional membership of the Royal Institution of Charters Surveyors. He is passionate about the housing, planning and development sector with a particular interest in affordable housing issues. He is also Vice Chair of a housing provider based in Islington.
He is an avid fan of Swansea City FC and all things Wales as well as taking trips to Europe for a weekend away.
