Pod can develop bespoke financial appraisals as well as providing our podplan range of models. Typical bespoke financial appraisals we develop are for stock transfers, regeneration schemes, specific large development deals, shared equity variants and cyclical maintenance management
Pod can provide a fully outsourced project management service for individual projects and programs. This service can cover the entire development process from feasibility and bids right through to the end of defects inspections or we can provide support on individual key stages as required.

Pod have extensive experience of undertaking EU compliant procurement for public bodies for contractors and consultants in the development and maintenance field. We are able to fully manage the whole process including writing bid guidance notes and specifications, publishing notices, scoring responses and interviews plus appointing and setting up contracts.
Pod can create development strategies for those that are new to development. These can include strategies for procurement as well as development capacity studies based on our own analysis of the company’s financial capacity to incur development costs and any revenue shortfalls.
Pod can search of development opportunities in your area and source land from our extensive contacts within the industry. We are able to project manage complex land assembly deals and negotiate with land owners on your behalf to add value to sites.

Pod have extensive experience of undertaking Decent Homes work for existing stock on large estates and smaller units. We are able to fully cost programmes and assist with procurement, resident liaison and internal liaison.
Pod are experienced in providing training to Board members as well as development and finance staff. This is particularly so in the area of financial appraisal training which we have provided to a multitude of organisations including local authorities, RSLs, private developers and other professional practices.
Pod are experienced users of the HCA affordability toolkit and also the Three Dragons affordable housing toolkit. We are able to assist local authorities in scrutinising submitted proposals as well as assisting developers in preparing their own toolkits for submission. We have our own easy to use version of the leading toolkits which allows us to undertake sensitivities to understand the implications of any changes to the individual inputs
